My ONLY place for service work! Andrew/Keith/Cindy/Scott have always met and exceeded my requests (albeit picky) and expectations with every visit. Prices on tires were the best by more than $250 compared to over 5 local competitors. Professional, kind & courteous, knowledgeable on equipment & parts, respectful on customers wishes. Great experience:) I walked into Max Platt knowing exactly which car I wanted to look at. David pulled it right up for me without any questions about my choice or how I I walked into Max Platt knowing exactly which car I wanted to look at. David pulled it right up for me without any questions about my choice or how I planned on paying (most sellers first concern) I loved everything about my car & David went right into getting me the best deal he could. He was able to find another discount while we were on our test drive even. He stayed an hour after the dealership closed explaining all of the discounts & what my loan was going to look like. I put 100$ down to save the car & picked it up the next day when everything was approved. David went to my car with me and explained everything inside and out. He explained all of my mirrors, buttons, switches, controls, and even set my blue tooth on my phone so I could use my cell phone hands free while driving. I am very pleased with my new ford and I am very pleased with David and the car buying experience he provided me with. I will be sending anyone and everyone to Max Platt to speak with David from here on out. More

Bad gas, great help! My husband ended up purchasing gas that was not the quality that it should have been. Andrew and his service department were excellent to work with on My husband ended up purchasing gas that was not the quality that it should have been. Andrew and his service department were excellent to work with on resolving the issue. He let us know what was going on the whole time and kept us informed of the issues the truck was having.
