I wanted to sell my used car. They showed up to assess my vehicle after blowing off two appointments. I had to call them to keep in contact, not the other way around. They had no intention of meeting the Cars.Com price quote. They actually said that CarMax would have offered $700 less and that was the price they would match. If I wanted that reply I would have done business with CarMax in the first place. I did not sell them my vehicle. I sold it later the same day by listing in on my facebook page. More
Salesman Jim Miller was great to work with at Max Madsen Mitsubishi. I was trying to make a trade but his buying team offered me too low a price on my trade in and I just couldn't get there on the deal! Ji Mitsubishi. My search led me to Max Madsen's Mitsubishi where I found not only the vehicle she wanted, but also a great sales staff. Jorge and Brad were very informative and helpful in completing the sale. My wife and I flew into O'Hare Airport, from Michigan, on a Saturday morning and were greeted by Cory , a Max Madsen porter, who drove us to the dealership in Aurora. This courtesy was facilitated by Brad and Jorge. Our entire purchasing experience at this dealership was indeed a pleasure. The light counter top snacks were great also (smile). More

Guys like these are what give car dealers a bad name I went in Friday afternoon to take our minivan in for an estimate to sell it to the dealer. I dealt with Gino who I felt like I had a good repore w I went in Friday afternoon to take our minivan in for an estimate to sell it to the dealer. I dealt with Gino who I felt like I had a good repore with. He offered me $11,000 for our car and I wanted to think it over. He called Saturday morning .... LESS THAN 24hrs to make sure the offer was still good and was prepared to sell our car to them. However, as I spoke to Gino he was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. He stated he “no longer wanted your car”. There was a button for the passenger door that wasn’t working when he looked it over however the button works, and has worked all weekend. This was his reason for no longer wanting the car “it was too much to fix the button”. A BUTTON!! I was taken aback by the rudeness and lack of wanting a car he continuously called me about for a couple of weeks. I spoke with the manager about this who told me he would get back to me. Apparently getting back to a customer who was wanting to do business with this company and a customer who is in the market for a new car wasn’t worth their time. I will recommend to everyone I know not to do business here. Apparently Gino’s ego was hurt that I didn’t take his offer then and there and wanting to think it over was unacceptable. Apparently the general manager couldn’t care less how his employees treat possible customers. The lack of professionalism speaks volumes. Having worked in management for years it amazes me this company even has clientele. You always hear how awful car dealers are and these guys earned that reputation. I understand they have a right to not want to buy our car and I respect that. I guess from wanting it to not wanting it under 24hrs blew me away and there was negotiating the price with Gino. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
Selling my car I was looking to get rid of my Corvette Stingray. I went on Kbb.com and got my cars’ value and the car for purchase offers sent to local dealers. Got I was looking to get rid of my Corvette Stingray. I went on Kbb.com and got my cars’ value and the car for purchase offers sent to local dealers. Got few responses, texts and emails; therefore I knew approximately what I be able to get for it. Agreed on price with Nissan of Arlington Hts and after wasting my time driving there they low balled me by $2000. I stopped at few other dealership for quotes who were low balling me as well. I re-submitted my kbb car for sale and got an email, some text messages and a call from Gino at Max Madsen Aurora. I gave Gino the “number” I was looking to get for my car and he said if the car is in the condition, I say it is, he will give me what I’m looking for. I told him I’m not wasting anymore of my time if he will try to play games with me. My last, 7th stop of the day was Max Madsen. I met with Gino and the transaction took 15 min and no games. Really nice guy who meant business as well as I meant business. He also got one of the workers to drive me home since I no longer had a car. Do to the fact it was late Saturday I had to go pick up my check Monday morning which was waiting for me. I would definitely go back to do more business with Gino. More
