Service dept was not prepared for my airbag recall I had a recall for my car and made an appointment in person to have them install my new airbags (passenger and driver). The man at the desk called the I had a recall for my car and made an appointment in person to have them install my new airbags (passenger and driver). The man at the desk called the service department to confirm they had my airbags in stock right in front of me. A week later at my appointment, it took the center an hour only to come back and tell me they were only able to replace one airbag because they were not stocked for the other one. I thought this was ridiculous because if they knew I was coming in a week ahead of time, wouldnt they keep one of my airbags on hand or order one for me? More

A service center that has your back! Our experience with the service center began in the body shop when my wife hit a deer with her 300C Chrysler. The people at the service center were very professional honest and helpful. They did a great job diagnosing the issues with my wife's car and getting it returned to us in working order. I would definitely recommend this service center if you want your car fixed right. More
