I really appreciate her initiative and drive to take care of her customers. —————————————————————— Ana, my service advisor, was great. I have no complaints with her. My complaint is with the overall lack of information provided with a $150 diagnostic fee that took just 20 minutes. I received a templated diagnostic page that showed EVERYTHING on my car is in the green, including the clutch (which needs to be replaced according to the rest of the diagnosis package). Easy things like my oil and coolant need to be replaced/refilled but that wasn’t caught. Why provide a sheet of items that were supposedly “inspected” and not actually perform the work. Yes, my intention was getting the PCM checked according to the active recall. However, it bothers me that I’d be charged $150 for a 20 minute inspection that gave me a (clearly) templated page of items that are in the green, when in fact they are not. At an hourly rate of $450, that’s unacceptable. More

Had to replace all four tires on my SUV, they put on tires and everything was good. they offered to deliver my vehicle to my home, awesome for that. but the driver made my whole vehicle reak of cigarett tires and everything was good. they offered to deliver my vehicle to my home, awesome for that. but the driver made my whole vehicle reak of cigarette smoke. Very upsetting to have my vehicle that my toddler rides in smell like a pack of cigarettes were smoked in it. More
