Chris Cox was my service technician. I dropped my car off at the time it was scheduled, 2:45 pm. I tracked my cars progress through the link sent to me by the service center. My daughter and I walked over to family center to do some shopping. We were there for almost an hour before they started on my car. Walked back to the customer waiting area and waited for almost another hour and a half before my car was finished. When I got my car back there was oil everywhere. My car is white with tan interior. There was oil all over the drivers door handle, my drivers seat and steering wheel. My center console was filthy with dust and grime. I would think that a business that holds their sales team to such high standards would do the same with their service center but that is apparently not the case. My center compartment of my car also appeared to have been sifted through. I had my work badge situated a particular way as I do not care for window peepers to know my name or where I work which was visible when my car was returned to me. All in all I’m disappointed. More

Spoke with someone 2 times a week prior to my recall appointment. Husband and I took off work to take the car in, drove 20 min home and got a call saying they could not do recall because our car had to appointment. This was after making specific gas recall appointment a week ago and a technician took pictures of the dash the day of. More
