I would have given it a 5 star rating, but it took almost 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. We had a 9:30 appointment so I expected 1 hour. Had I known it was going to take that long, I probably 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. We had a 9:30 appointment so I expected 1 hour. The Service department at Max Ford is where I would recommend taking any Ford you own for Service. The only thing they need to do is provide a wash and vacuum to he vehicles they Service as a complimen recommend taking any Ford you own for Service. The only thing they need to do is provide a wash and vacuum to he vehicles they Service as a complimentary deal for choosing them to Service your vehicles. I only wish their Sales staff was a good as their Service staff. More

I asked them to check my left back tire, cause I thought it might have a slow leak. They did not come to tell me what they found or ask me if I want them to fix it, like they are supposed to. I had newer tires on my car & my husband paid for protection on any damage that may happen to them, so we wouldn't have to pay to fix it. I feel Max Motors owes us $41.84 to make it right More
