Spoke with someone 2 times a week prior to my recall appointment. Husband and I took off work to take the car in, drove 20 min home and got a call saying they could not do recall because our car had to appointment. What started out as a good experience has turned into a nightmare. Our 60 day temp tag is expiring in two days and we still don’t have a title to license and tag it. We were informed just two days ago finally that they’ve been waiting on the lien release from the previous owner. I’ve been ignored with no returned calls or texts for weeks now. I’m feeling extremely frustrated and duped at this point in some shady dealings. More
