Dealer and Service Center Customer Service Mat Muller was so kind in pointing out a minor dent before we signed paperwork and left the dealership back in May. He was adamant that they fix it, but I was excited to enjoy my new Escape. After setting up an appointment and loaner car with Clint in the Service Center (who made it super easy to do so), Andrew and Alan were quick in processing the paperwork and in pulling my loaner car around. It maybe took 5 minutes, which was super fast in my estimation. After the dent was fixed, Andrew contacted me to let me know the earliest I could pick it up. I told him it would be later in the evening before closing since I would be teaching during the day of pick-up. He already had my ticket closed out, and the transfer of vehicles took, at most, 3 minutes. Exceptional service from start to finish! Max Ford of Harrisonville is, by far, the best dealership and service center I've ever worked with! Great people all the way around! More

Very displeased I will never return to your dealership. I originally purchased my truck from you along with an extended warranty. I was told when I purchased the warr I will never return to your dealership. I originally purchased my truck from you along with an extended warranty. I was told when I purchased the warranty that if I returned to your dealership for any work that the $200 deductible would be waived. I called ahead of time and spoke with Stefan in the service department to verify that it was for sure a waived fee and he said yes. I drove an hour and a half away passing multiple Ford dealerships to come to yours. My truck was in the shop two days longer than what I was originally told. When I showed up to pick my truck up I was told that I had to pay the $200, I stated everything that I had previously been told and the gentleman told me I had to pay it in order to get my truck. I was extremely upset and annoyed. I then go to my truck open the door to trash from the new parts, grease/lubricant on my console and seats along with some old parts that were removed. I don't feel like this is how you should treat a customer, especially one who drive almost two hours. More

Really came through on a very complicated transaction.
