Normally very good service, however on this occasion they kept my truck for 8 days without a loaner. I live 25 miles away and have grandchildren to take back and forth to school. Rep did not call me to keep me informed of truck status. When I finally went to pick it up, he would not even look me in the eye. I do appreciate this opportunity to share experience. Had to have an alignment and they found my control arm and pin were bad was quoted lots of money and several days til parts arrived. Still recommend them and typically don't complain about their service but I did get irritated yesterday. When I went to check out I was advised that they decided not to rotate the tires because they felt t their service but I did get irritated yesterday. When I went to check out I was advised that they decided not to rotate the tires because they felt that they were getting worn and were going to suggest replacing them, so they had prepared some quotes for me. Tire tread is 2/3 based on the scale they use on the inspection paper they gave me. I sat in the lobby the whole time. Just wish they would've come and talked to me before making their own decision in an attempt to get me to buy tires. More
