We have had very poor service last couple of times. Couldn't update Ford Sync, so did it myself at home. Seems odd a Ford dealership couldn't do this. Tire assessment was terrible. Bought the tires on the vehicle 28000 miles ago, and am told the tires a Seems odd a Ford dealership couldn't do this. Tire assessment was terrible. Bought the tires on the vehicle 28000 miles ago, and am told the tires are too worn for any warranty. Was charged for 1 tire repair, while tire stores offer no charge repairs for tires they sell. Won't be back and will likely not buy another Ford again. More
