Alan and the crew do their best to keep customers happpy. They did that very well when I had to return my Jeep after getting another leak when they had already done a lot of work to fix the big leaks. Great experience with the sales staff at Max Ford. I had been speaking with Jake before coming in. Everything was ready when I arrived and I was in and out very fast. I had been speaking with Jake before coming in. Everything was ready when I arrived and I was in and out very fast. More

Then start smelling gas take back to the shop asked if u have been transporting gas in my car. (Seriously) they treat women like they are idiots, if it had not been for my husband standing there I don't think they would have even done anything. They had my car for 2 more days found nothing, said they didn't smell gas. Get my car back Stull smelling gas when sitting still and idling. Did a quick Google search said it could be a loose spark plug, checked it out and sure enough had a loose spark plug, tightened it up and no more gas smell. I find it amazing that a nurse fixed my car when a certified mechanic couldn't. I hate this is the only service dept around otherwise I would take my business elsewhere More
Changed all the fluids and filters on a 60,000mile check and transmission is again shifting smoothly. All personnel were friendly and helpful and time went by quickly. and transmission is again shifting smoothly. All personnel were friendly and helpful and time went by quickly. More
