I would have given it a 5 star rating, but it took almost 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. We had a 9:30 appointment so I expected 1 hour. Had I known it was going to take that long, I probably 2 hours for the oil change and tire rotation. We had a 9:30 appointment so I expected 1 hour. The Service department at Max Ford is where I would recommend taking any Ford you own for Service. The only thing they need to do is provide a wash and vacuum to he vehicles they Service as a complimen recommend taking any Ford you own for Service.
