My car got totaled and I walked into Max Motor and was greater by Eli who was super friendly but extremely busy and directed me to Aaron who was helpful finding me a new car. I do not know Josh or Brandon so hard to say. Howard Lonsdale was the man!! Kyle was ok. Order only took 19 months...LOL. The only things I didn't like was Ford/Max Motors wouldn't honor the pri Howard Lonsdale was the man!! Kyle was ok. Order only took 19 months...LOL. The only things I didn't like was Ford/Max Motors wouldn't honor the pricing when Ford rolled the order into a MY23 from a MY22. I was shown a price that increased by $500 . XPlan was accepted and savings was worth the process. Love my Maverick.... Still waiting on my Hood Deflector, it was part of my order and over charged on it but I still do not have it. If you go with Max Ford pick a sales person or in my cans a GM that you trust, is knowledgeable and honest. More
