They couldn’t even do simple maintenance on my truck they said they couldn’t rotate my tires left the dealership drove to local tire shop they rotated them no problem. Also didn’t clean air filter of water s said they couldn’t rotate my tires left the dealership drove to local tire shop they rotated them no problem. Also didn’t clean air filter of water separator on fuel filter when confronted they said it didn’t need it but they want to charge you for a full maintenance More

Aaron and his team at Max Ford treated me great. It took us a few days to get to an agreement but Aaron was always good at communicating and helping things move along.
