We had a great experience at Max Ford of Harrisonville. We called about a vehicle that we saw on their website and was completely surprised to hear that it was actually on the lot. We couldn't say the same for so many other dealerships. We were fortunate that Robert took our call and we immediatly made an appointment that same day. Robert was professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, He immediately gained our trust and it was obvious that he was working with and for us. He answered all of our questions and was eager to make sure we made a good deal. We had arrived late and he stayed with us until everything was completed and he was sure that we knew everything we needed to before we left the lot. He was great and we would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others who are looking to buy a car. More

They couldn’t even do simple maintenance on my truck they said they couldn’t rotate my tires left the dealership drove to local tire shop they rotated them no problem. Also didn’t clean air filter of water s said they couldn’t rotate my tires left the dealership drove to local tire shop they rotated them no problem. Also didn’t clean air filter of water separator on fuel filter when confronted they said it didn’t need it but they want to charge you for a full maintenance More
