Stefan was the one who was helping me at the service desk. Through the week of March 3rd it was sluggish when trying to start my car. Friday late afternoon I was stranded again and had to be towed a second time. The cost and time of towing could have been alleviated had it been fixed the first time. Saturday March 9 I’m told it is the starter. Why couldn’t Alan be pleasant and courteous? Why couldn’t my car be fixed the first time I had problems on March 2??? I come to Max Ford for reliable car service. As a woman I have been cheated by other service companies. I don’t like being stranded and paying the costs for tow service twice in a weeks time. More

Disappointed in service Scheduled oil change, wiper replacement and car wash for 10am dropped it off they called at 2:40pm and said need filter and battery cable replaced was Scheduled oil change, wiper replacement and car wash for 10am dropped it off they called at 2:40pm and said need filter and battery cable replaced was to be done in 45-60 minutes would call 2 hours later we went out had just finished when got in vehicle they had not washed it “AGAIN” why advertise car wash we take our vehicles out at least two times each for over 20 years and only had one vehicle washed once after asking to have it washed because was told we needed to ask. I ask for it to be washed this time but it was not! You might suggest to the service person to get a portable radio or at least to put station back to station they found it on and to turn it back off when starting vehicle loud rap is not my kind of music!! More

Ignorant Terrible service! I purchased a vehicle and schedule all of my maintenance and parts purchases at this location. I have complained about my sync app Terrible service! I purchased a vehicle and schedule all of my maintenance and parts purchases at this location. I have complained about my sync apps not working on my last three visits. I finally called Ford Customer care, and they said that I just needed to update my sync firmware. When I got to my appointment, the technician said that because my 36k warranty had recently expired, there is a $125 fee for the update. They said that they didn't have any notes regarding sync in my service receipts. A knowledgable technician would have been able to correct the issue on one of the three prior visits, and taken notes. Now, I am having to pay a fee for the update and travel further to a different service location. I will not return to this location for any future transactions More
Dishonest and Deceptive. My experience with Max Ford was nothing, but a hassle and a mess of dishonesty. The financing man we worked with, Daryl, was pushy and kept trying to My experience with Max Ford was nothing, but a hassle and a mess of dishonesty. The financing man we worked with, Daryl, was pushy and kept trying to force me to buy a warranty after I told him four times I did not want the warranty. He kept claiming he could get me a warranty for "only $5 more a month!" Yes, he did that by extending my loan term out to 75 months without my consent. I realized this after I had already left the dealership and it took them two weeks to even confirm they had received my warranty cancellation paperwork (still do not have a final confirmation of cancellation and that my money has been refunded). Additionally, there was a noise heard when test driving the car that we asked the salesman about. He claimed it was just road noise and the car had been thoroughly inspected by the service department and was not a mechanical issue. After purchasing the car we took the car to a local mechanic and he said the front wheel bearing was bad and needed replaced. I contacted Max Ford about the issue and how they lied to me about the noise. Spoke directly with the service department and our salesman with no resolution. All they offered was to look at it, but we would have to pay a diagnosis fee before they would even discuss options. Bottom line, don't go here unless you want to be lied to and have deceptive loan paperwork. More
