Great dealership to work with from sales to finance Eli was great to work with. I showed up on an hours notice, and he had the truck pulled and washed within a few minutes. Service dept was not prepared for my airbag recall I had a recall for my car and made an appointment in person to have them install my new airbags (passenger and driver). The man at the desk called the I had a recall for my car and made an appointment in person to have them install my new airbags (passenger and driver). The man at the desk called the service department to confirm they had my airbags in stock right in front of me. A week later at my appointment, it took the center an hour only to come back and tell me they were only able to replace one airbag because they were not stocked for the other one. I thought this was ridiculous because if they knew I was coming in a week ahead of time, wouldnt they keep one of my airbags on hand or order one for me? More
