While working on my vehicle Nate kept finding all sorts of other issues not repaired by selling dealership. Nate and Stephan were so great to work with even went FAR above and beyond to ensure they fixed any and all issues they ran into. They could have easily looked over things I didn’t bring it in for but didn’t. They very likely saved me money down the road if these things weren’t repaired now (I also might have been outside of warranty). Great people, I’m now a customer for life!! More

Not getting the service I paid for. I paid for a works package. They are supposed to tell you what your vehicle needs. The truck had issues they checked off as fine. 3 weeks later the tr I paid for a works package. They are supposed to tell you what your vehicle needs. The truck had issues they checked off as fine. 3 weeks later the truck had a vibration and when I asked them to look at it, they charged me. When I asked why they were charging for looking at something I paid them to look at 3 weeks ago, the guy waved the charge while accusing me of screwing up my own truck. They didn't take my money, but I left there feeling like somehow it was my fault that they didn't tell me about existing issues when I had nothing to do with it. More
