Good experience Would have given 5 stars except for the fact the salesman did not explain a certain detail to me. They added my rebate in to my trade-in however did not let myself or the financial guy know about it. So when I came back to the dealership the next day I asked about the rebates and why they were not on my papers, the financial guy looked at me surprised and called the salesperson in. Asked him about the rebates to which he had to go check on. Then he called to let us know the put that toward my trade-in. Which is completely fine with me but like I said it was not explained to me when they gave me the price for the car after the rebates. The financial guy did apologise for them but he shouldn't have had to. Other than this one oversight my experience was great. More

He was professional, knew what he was talking about, went through everything he was supposed to do for the loan. The dealership is family friendly with a basketball hoop and ping pong in the lobby area to entertain the little ones. Financing is usually a chore but it went very quickly as well. All in all from the time we walked in the door until we left it was about 2 1/2 hours. NICE JOB! More

The only constructive criticism I can give is their customer lounge could use an update...the seating was very uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have refreshments for the customers waiting to have service on their vehicles. Bumper and Hatchback Repair Dealing with the employees at Max Ford was fantastic from beginning to end. They also have a computer system that keeps you informed of the process along the way so that you're never wondering if parts have been ordered, or when to anticipate picking up your car, etc. Two thumbs up from me!
