Amy I gave a 5 star rating to Max Ford of Harrisonville, MO, because all of the associates that I worked with approached me and treated me as family. Amy Muller greeted me immediately at door and eased my jitters over a lack of car-buying history. Mat Muller, my personal sales rep, was fully transparent as he walked me through my first "new car" purchase. Frank Ferguson was quick to meet my concerns with product interest and financing. I test drove 3 trim packages in my two preferred colors of the Escape before choosing my new car. I'm normally anxious when taking up another person's time, but they assured me I could take as long as I needed to decide on the trim level. When it was time to sign and drive, Rob Chen was openly supportive about the protection I would receive with my new car purchase from Max Ford of Harrisonville, Missouri. As a 32-year-old female without car-buying know-how, I didn't drive off the lot feeling as though I had been duped; I knew I had received the honest truth! More
