The only thing that could go a little better would be that when i go to pick up vehicles i would not get told i owe a certain amount when it is a prepaid service. My wife and i both have lifetime oil changes. Check your records when figuring the bill instead of after telling someone that they owe money. More

Ease of purchasing We came to Max Ford to look at a used car we found on-line. Called before making the trip to check specs and make sure the vehicle suited our needs. When looking at the car, found it did not have seating for 7 which is a must for us. Salesman brought another car (new) for us to view. We purchased the new car and ended with a good experience. More

I brought our new Ford Explorer in for the first oil change. I only specified "yes" above because there is no other dealer in Harrisonville. The oil change took almost an hour and a half. The technician was su I only specified "yes" above because there is no other dealer in Harrisonville. The oil change took almost an hour and a half. The technician was supposed to look at the storage compartment to assess a broken latch and the service rep. was supposed to come into the waiting room and tell me what they were going to do to fix it. This was in addition to the oil change/first servicing of the car. She never came in. When in the waiting room, the television was very loud and obnoxious with a very objectionable show with cursing , etc. on it and I finally went to the show room to wait. When all was done, I went out to get into the car and the floor was filthy with grease and dirt --obviously no protective mat had been used. More
