FAST AND EASY TRANSACTION. SALESMAN WAS KNOWLEGABLE ABOUT THE CAR. WHO EVER DETAILED THE CAR NOT SO GOOD. ENGINE COMPARTMENT NOT TOUCHED. TRUNK OUTSIDE RUBBER SEAL WAS FILTHY. Kyle is absolutely AMAZING to work with. My husband and I had been looking for a certain car for a few months when one finally became available at Max Ford. I called and Kyle was eager to help. He informed me that unfortunately they vehicle had been sold and asked if there was anything else I was interested in. When nothing sparked an interest he asked to look around and if he could call me right back. He promptly returned my call suggesting other inventory. During our call he was informed that the sale of the vehicle we wanted had not gone through and that it was at another local dealership. Kyle again asked to contact me back. He immediately called me back stating the vehicle was available, then proceeded to go to the other dealership to pick it up for me and bring it to Max Ford. He was eager to help me and even stayed two hours late while we finalized our contract. Kyle was phenomenal and I highly recommend working with him! THANKS KYLE!!! More
