Lack of communication Took car in on 6.17 for FSA, returned on 6.19 for engine fault message finally got back on 7.6 after learning it was ready on 7.2 but no one called o Took car in on 6.17 for FSA, returned on 6.19 for engine fault message finally got back on 7.6 after learning it was ready on 7.2 but no one called or returned my calls on 7.2 or 7.3. Then was told I had to pay $200 deductible because the parts they had to replace were not part of the FSA The service manager was quick to get the situation resolved; however it doesn’t make up for the prior miscommunication More

Issues Resolved Originally had taken my vehicle in for an oil change that includes the 21 point inspection. Someone forgot to advise me that my battery was about dead Originally had taken my vehicle in for an oil change that includes the 21 point inspection. Someone forgot to advise me that my battery was about dead and the next time I tried to start my car the battery was dead which left me stranded.
