One, I experience every time I drive. The other, I told them was very difficult to replicate. I’ve had similar experiences with other dealers. When you find a place withexceptional Service, stick with them. It’s a rare trait. I’ve had my car in for the first issue twice before. The Service notes were very scant. Things I was told were not reflected in the record. More

Lemon Car I’ve had my 2015 Ford Edge in for repairs countless times since it’s purchase in 2016. It’s on the 3rd or 4th oil pan. I’ve been stranded twice on the side of the road, once with my adolescent daughter. I reported this as directed by Flint Hills service to the Ford Customer Assistant team. I received a return call on Tuesday 13 Mar with a promise to call again following day. Then no return call for 3 days, despite leaving numerous voicemails for ‘Judy’ ext 77743. Finally got a hold of a different CAS manager, Sam, on Friday, 16 Mar. she promised a return call today, 22 Mar. we again received no call. We called Sam who tried to reach Judy, who finally called just to say my vehicle repairs don’t meet Lemon Law criteria...now I’m having to file a claim through the KS AG Office. This is ridiculous. More
