They tried to cheat me 6 hours across two days to get the deal done and papers signed. The salesman promised to get me the second set of keys and remote for the truck. After 6 weeks I had to force the issue to get a locksmith to make a new set. But worst of all was the cheat they tried to pull. The finance manager started printing contracts and papers to sign, I had never been shown the final numbers agreed to and signed by myself, put down on paper for a summary. They changed the agreed trade in and tried to cheat me $1000. Figuring I would not notice that amount rolled into the monthly payment. As a financial advisor, it was my fiduciary responsibility to know the numbers when I work with a client. The dodge is changing to someone different in the contract process to allow them to deny knowing the change. Beware! More
