My Amazing Car Buying Experience I started looking into buying a new car about a year ago post divorce, 2 repos, and bad credit. Ed has been there with me through it all! I went to other dealerships in between, I felt all they saw on me was a dollar sign and not what could work for me and my family. Ed on the other hand took everything I told him I needed and after a lot of back and forth of fixing tiny things to get me into a new car we finally did it! I felt the love from the whole team, especially the finance managers who got me a better deal than I could’ve ever imagined! Hands down best dealership if you want to feel like family and you want someone to listen to what you need and can afford. Also, when I first came to this dealership I was expecting to be put in a used 2014-2016, I drove off the lot with a brand new 2018. More than I could’ve asked for, y’all are awesome and thank you! Our situation was dire and we were the victims of a very bad auto purchase in CA. No title, no registration, no plates and neither the Dealership nor the Lien holder in CA would call us back to give us answers. We were paying for a vehicle that was illegal for Us to operate. Usually, from what I understand, is that it is quite difficult to get approved for a second auto loan, when you, the licensed driver are currently in contract for an auto loan. Well, the staff down at Lacer Motors did not let that stop them. We walked out of there in a vehicle and they worked with Us closely and reliably the entire way. More

It’s frustrating I called several times with no response or they are looking into it. (Which I’m still waiting on a response which I called at 9am this morning and here it is 2pm. October 15th) I bought two cars in 6 months I thought I would have better service than this. When my family and I are in the market to buy a new car, I may have to rethink of where I may go. More
