Awesome service staff! !!! I am from Roscoe, IL and am traveling to West Plains, MO via Kansas City. With the rains yesterday, I drove through a deep puddle at high speed !!! I am from Roscoe, IL and am traveling to West Plains, MO via Kansas City. With the rains yesterday, I drove through a deep puddle at high speed and it tore an insulating cover for the catalytic converter loose and it was dragging on the ground. At 4:55 pm, I pulled into the Butler Dodge location, told Kevin & Josh about my predicament, and they agreed to look at it. By now it is after 5 pm but the guys decided to stay to help me out. They put it on the rack and fixed it within 5 minutes. By now, is it 520 pm. I profusely thanked everyone for helping me out. And, on top of this, they did not charge me anything!!! I even tried to give them "beer money" but all declined. I am very appreciative of the efforts of your service department in helping me out when I was in need indeed! Great group of guys.
