No follow up and total lack of communication - I will never use them again - they broke my windshield and it took an extra 2 weeks to get it replaced on top of the 2 weeks to fix my Jeep More

Doesn't report ford pass rewards. Doesn't know what service's need to be done at what mileage intervals. Chipped my wheel and say they will let me know when they can fix it Bought a More
