Buying a car can be a dreadful experience, in person, or online. I’ve always bought my cars in person. But my online purchase from Max Motors of Butler was a great experience! I’m an out of state buyer and I never thought I would make a sizeable transaction for a vehicle I’d never touched or driven, but that’s what I did and I’m very pleased that I did. I dealt with Guy, David, and Lori, but primarily Guy. The interaction, negotiation and transaction was transparent, fair, and straightforward. No bait and switch, dealer add-ons, upsale or hidden fees. This was my best car buying experience of my life. These folks are straight shooters and I would not hesitate to buy from them again! More
