The Service Personnel were very helpful and professional, however, parts department or the supply chain left much to be desired. It took a good 2 weeks for the repair part to come in and during that time, I however, parts department or the supply chain left much to be desired. I do like the staff at Max Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Belton, but like I said, the repair parts on hand were defective and the resulting wait for the part delivery cannot be blamed on the staff. More
