The sales department put me in a low mileage vehicle suitable for my family of 5 needs WITH a manageable monthly car payment!! The only downside would be my car has been in the service department TWICE suitable for my family of 5 needs WITH a manageable monthly car payment!! The only downside would be my car has been in the service department TWICE within the first month of having the car for a bad fuel pump (not the dealership’s fault). The 1st time it happened the sales manager covered my $200 deductible. The 2nd time my fuel pump went out (I was almost rear ended bc it happened while I was driving on a rainy day) I had to get my car towed to the shop. Andrew was VERY helpful, patient, and understanding as I ranted about how I was almost in a car accident before even making my 1st car payment! Nevertheless, my deduct was waved again & I my car was returned within a week (the communication regarding this could use some work!). I’d recommend this dealership!! More
