The appointment took about an hour longer than estimated but when I got in the truck to come home, the climate controls had been turned off. I would prefer the lot porter leave the climate controls alone. I'm OK with him shutting off the radio (which he did) but he drove the truck about 30 feet and I don't think it could have been that uncomfortable. Also, when I got home, my backup camera was not working. I just got a blue screen. I read a forum where someone else had the same problem after getting the tailgate recall fixed. The customer jiggled the wires at the tailgate and the camera started working. I did the same and the camera is working now. More

Scheduled a brake job and requested a quote. The service department knew I needed brakes and rotors. When I authorized the work they told me they did not have the brakes and rotors on property and would have to go get them. This would add so much time that they then requested I leave the car overnight. I have one car. No, I cannot leave the car. A simple brake/rotor job scheduled for 11am lasted until 3:30pm because of a lack of preparation on the shops part and I am not happy. When it was time to settle the bill they tried to overcharge me.
