I brought my car in for service a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica about 300 miles and a week outside of the warranty. After previously being turned down for warranty service at the dealer in which I purchased the ca about 300 miles and a week outside of the warranty. After previously being turned down for warranty service at the dealer in which I purchased the car, as a courtesy these guys fixed all my problems under warranty. Though they weren’t obligated to do this, it just shows their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. More
Terrible communication from service area...they simply don't give a xxxx! 2019 RAM Limited purchased in May 2019...been to the dealership twice for electrical and other issues. However, this time, I was leaving town in 24 hours (and really needed my truck) and simply wanted to know if they could run diagnostics ASAP so I knew if it was going to be simple or a multi-day repair job. Service department simply didn't give a xxxx about my issues and refused to do anything about it. Spoke with the service manager (face to face) who didn't give a xxxx and told me that he as been doing service for 16 years and he didn't care if he lost customers...yes, he told me HE DIDN'T CARE IF HE LOST CUSTOMERS. After a heated discussion, I opted to take my truck to Big O Tires in Martin City, MO who replace the battery in 30 minutes ... all issues resolved. Needless to say, I won't be spending another dime at Max Motors in Belton MO. Don't believe the sales person when they say they have a great service team...they simply don't care about their customers. More
