I made an appointment to look at a truck there, when I got there that salesman wasn't even working that day so I got someone else...whatever they just want your money....Purchased a used truck there, part got there that salesman wasn't even working that day so I got someone else...whatever they just want your money....Purchased a used truck there, part of the deal was(part because they ignored me on the cracked dash) they fix the driver interior door handle that was no longer there. Great...the next week or two I got a call asking about my experience. I told her it was fine but I was still waiting to find out when I was going to get the door handle fixed and get my title, she said she would next day it to me, then she put me with a salesman that told me he would find out about the door handle and call me back. Almost 60 days from purchase I still had not received a call or my title to tag my truck. I called them and got a salesman again and he said to send him som pics due to me living an hour and half away. So I sent him 5 pics of my interior driver door handle that does not exist. 3 months or a lil more from purchase still no title or door handle. I called again and talked to someone who handles titles and she said it was there and has been ready since 2 weeks after purchase...but got put in "pickup" instead of ups (which i was told how it would be sent to me since I live an hour and a half away) but she would next day it to me. Great...the she transferred me to service who told me they ordered a new door panel for it a while back....yet no one has contacted me...so I set up an appointment on a Saturday morning drove an hour and a half then waited almost 2 hours to be told that they ordered the wrong panel and would have to put the old one back on and order the correct one...FML!!! So I leave to drive an hour and a half back home (they didnt even get the old door panel put back on correctly but I was 20 minutes down the rod and pissed off!!!) 6 hours total of my time and fuel for absolutely nothing! Almost 2 weeks later and still waiting so I can waste more of my time and fuel....4 months from purchase! Wasn't offered a free oil change Coffee doughnut soda nothing!!! They just want your money and send you on your way! More
