I have been to other Jeep dealers in the area and was treated badly. I have found the best dealer to take my Jeep to have it serviced. Max will get all my Jeep business. Made appointment for recall. They said that they had the part I needed when I made the appointment. Went to the appointment and 3 hours later they said they had to order the part They said that they had the part I needed when I made the appointment. Went to the appointment and 3 hours later they said they had to order the part. I called a week later and was told that they could only order 1 per week from Dodge and it would be 3 weeks before they would get the part. Doesn't sound right to me,being that it is a recall on their parts. More

Dropped vehicle off on a Wednesday afternoon for no ac. Didn’t hear anything until I called Friday afternoon and they didn’t finish until Monday. This was a enterprise lease vehicle that I told them the enterprise card was in the drivers visor. They didn’t submit work prior to performing work and charged my company 100% of the bill due to their neglect in getting approval for work from enterprise before hand. Also lied to my employer and told them I never informed them that vehicle was an enterprise lease. Downright unprofessional and shady. More

I had AAA Towing Service take my car to Max Motors in Belton, MO, because they where close by and I trusted their service department.
