They got me in quickly but while waiting on a part didn’t do the oil change or tire rotation. 6 hours later when the part was finished being put on they did the oil change and tires. I took my vehicle in to have it checked out because I thought it was the auto stop not properly working while the a/c is on. It’s getting 16-17mpg. I was told that they called Chevy and they said the auto stop kicks on and off while the air is going. They parked my car in the parking lot didn’t once take it in to run a diagnostic or anything . All they did was call Chevy . This still doesn’t explain why a 2018 Malibu that should be getting 25 mpg is getting 17. If all they were going to do is call Chevy they could’ve done that over the phone instead of me having to take off work and drive all the way out there. I’m very disappointed and still the issue of bad gas mileage isn’t solved. More

Hector in service was such a pleasure to work with. Parts messed up in the price when I called and it was going to be $1,000. I told him I couldn’t afford that and what I was told.
