No checklist when finished, oily fingerprints on clean truck, 2 hours for an scheduled oil change. The oil change was started when I asked about 1 1/2 hour later unacceptable service. The guy that helped me was very nice but everyone else just stares at you when you come in. No hi or welcome. Extremely awkward. One of my parts wasn’t in and I had to come back the next day for it. I have gotten all my services done here and this was my worst experience. I normally always deal with Andrew (He is great) and this time I was dealing with a younger lady with dark hair. I always drop off first thing in the AM and have a co-worker pick me up and its always done before noon and we take lunch and come back and get it. I hadn't received a call and at 12:40 I called up and waited on hold for 28 minutes. They had to "find" my car and still do the oil change, check fluid and rotate tires after they "tracked down" my car. How do you loose a car? They told me it would be an hour before it was done so I showed up at 2:30ish to give them some extra time to get it done and it still wasn't done when I got there. I also had to wait at the desk that afternoon for a few minutes because that younger gal that had helped me in the morning was to worried about her phone. They also didn't fill up my washer fluid like they always do. I will be back because they are the only dodge dealership close to me but I was very dissatisfied this time and I hope it doesn't happen again or I will to a different dealership! More
