I was totally pleased with the attention and service I received. I was visiting from Michigan and I needed to get back home, when I called and explained the service department worked fast to get my truck received. When I drove in there were three people on the phone and another three standing around and a manager (I’m assuming) that walked through wearing a suit. Finally when they did I mentioned a few things I was concerned about a jerky start and a brake assist light that keeps coming on. The guy said oh ok. I waited in the waiting room - it took the average time. Upon my name being called I came out and the guy said hold on let me see where they put your car. He ran around a bit and after a few minutes he came back and said it was out front but he couldn’t find my keys. I waited another 15 minutes while he walked around trying to find them. He talked to a girl who said the mechanic likes to keep them in his pocket but he was in a meeting. He finally called someone else and was told they were in the car. He gave me my paperwork which noted nothing about my concerns I told him about when I came in but I was so irritated at this point I just signed it and left. Customer service is definitely lacking. More
Didn’t call when car was ready, thus keeping my car much longer than necessary. Explained an issue with one of my wheels (possible bad wheel bearing) and told them they needed to check it out BEFORE they ro longer than necessary. Explained an issue with one of my wheels (possible bad wheel bearing) and told them they needed to check it out BEFORE they rotated the tires because it’s less noticeable when the tires are rotated. They checked for “rubbing” during the tie rotation. Never drove the car to hear the sound. I’m irritated that they didn’t do what I asked and then told me I should have told them to check it before rotating the tires. More
Nobody came to tell me when my car was ready so I sat there for an extra 45 minutes after my oil change was finished, so I was there for over 2 hours. Repair time is always long. Always takes days to get the necessary parts in and takes too long to communicate with warranty company about repairs.
