Oil change took almost 3 hours with an appointment. Service never communicated any issues or delays. I had to ask more than once what the delay was and never received an explanation. Dropped off on a Monday night for a Tuesday appt. Supposed to have back Tuesday night,but did not get done until Thursday night.Engine light diagnosis, which turned out that injector in diesel needed Supposed to have back Tuesday night,but did not get done until Thursday night.Engine light diagnosis, which turned out that injector in diesel needed to be computer flashed.the other issue was a recall on dipstick tube which they told me before hand they had the parts but they did not have parts.service writer promised to call me Thursday evening to let me know by 4 so I could arrange for a ride,but never called.I Am currently awaiting for this person to call me when parts are in,it's been 10 days so I guess I'm going to have to call him and make yet another appointment.Poor communication between parts and service wrighter.Not a good experience at all! More
