Horrible. I spent $90 for them to say my wiper sprayers were bad because my windshield wiper will not spray. So I got the part they told me that was defec I spent $90 for them to say my wiper sprayers were bad because my windshield wiper will not spray. So I got the part they told me that was defective and it still does not work. They didn’t want to work on my truck and fix the issue. Totally incompetent More

This was my 3rd or 4th visit for a recurring problem. Carleton was very nice. Russ helped me this time and was very nice, helpful, and communicated with me frequently about the status of my vehicle. My e Carleton was very nice. Russ helped me this time and was very nice, helpful, and communicated with me frequently about the status of my vehicle. My extended warranty company created many challenges, but Russ helped me navigate them and we got through it. I'm not sure who the tech was that actually worked on my vehicle, but I am grateful because it has been a tough repair. More
