Went in gor oil change and tire rotation. This is the third time I’ve had oil leaking after their work. Very disappointed in what was a great place. I think I waited longer than expected but overall the service was great. There was no complimentary water, It was complimentary coffee and the venom machine was broke for the beverages. service was great. Josh was great. The service was pretty rough. It took nearly 3 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. Something that should not take any more than 40 min. Josh did o The service was pretty rough. It took nearly 3 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. Something that should not take any more than 40 min. Josh did offer a free oil change due to the wait which was very much appreciated. Seems like others waiting that day were having the same issues with delays. I will take advantage of the additional free oil change and hopefully it is better. But it was a pretty rough experience the first time. More

Carlton in the shop made my visit! He explained how things work, why the engine light came on, etc. He had great energy that made my visit enjoyable. Work was done before expected. When I checked in told me 30 to 40 minutes wait time for an oil change. Hr and half later and I had to go check to see if was done. Took way long for oil change 30 minute max honestly don’t care the shop wo an oil change. Hr and half later and I had to go check to see if was done. Took way long for oil change 30 minute max honestly don’t care the shop workers union. Our time is just valuable actually more cause we paying customer that pays their check. I only got a 10 discount. Terrible service to say nicely. More
