When I authorized the work they told me they did not have the brakes and rotors on property and would have to go get them. This would add so much time that they then requested I leave the car overnight. I have one car. No, I cannot leave the car. A simple brake/rotor job scheduled for 11am lasted until 3:30pm because of a lack of preparation on the shops part and I am not happy. When it was time to settle the bill they tried to overcharge me.
