Every thing went great .i called to make a pontment for a oil change . The lady told me I could come in about 45 minutes and they could take care of it. Got there on time and got right in 30 minutes later I oil change . The lady told me I could come in about 45 minutes and they could take care of it. Got there on time and got right in 30 minutes later I was done and on my way Got ready to leave and had forgot that I was going to ask about the paint bubbling up on my hood. Very friendly staff. The gentleman that greeted me and sold me the tires was very friendly, and my tires were installed while I waited. It was a very short wait. I have gotten my oil changed and other ser sold me the tires was very friendly, and my tires were installed while I waited. It was a very short wait. I have gotten my oil changed and other services completed on my car at thus dealership, except for one time when I was traveling in Georgia. I was on vacation so I went to a jeep dealership in Atlanta to have my jeeps serviced. Again, the service was exceptional. I am out of town at this time. I don't recall the name if the person I worked with. I had not met him before, but he was exceptional. More

Scheduled an oil change was told it would take 30 mins, an hr and a half later it was finally finished up. The sticker was not put on the window showing when the next one is due, oil life was not reset and an hr and a half later it was finally finished up. The sticker was not put on the window showing when the next one is due, oil life was not reset and plastic seat cover was just was left in the vehicle not a good experience. Must of been a bad day first time having an issue usually goes pretty smooth. More
