Missing parts on delivery. Tried to retain customer rebate if I didn’t finance with them. Finally gave it to me because I said I wasn’t buying if they retained the rebate. Juan Tried to retain customer rebate if I didn’t finance with them. Finally gave it to me because I said I wasn’t buying if they retained the rebate. Juan was amazing. Very attentive and accommodating. After sale experience was abysmal. Spent months waiting for title work and even longer for missing part. Jon David caused a lot of headache when he didnt even know his role when it pertained to an MSO title. Parts department saved the day when my sales team should have got it done for me. Sales manager is a talking head and completely useless. Similar bad experiences from my colleagues at my place of work. Will never buy from this dealer again. More
