My Dodge Ram 2015 had recalls - when it was Landmark we had it in the service center to have all 8 recalls completed - May the engine light came on so we had it hooked up to see why and then called Max dea had it in the service center to have all 8 recalls completed - May the engine light came on so we had it hooked up to see why and then called Max dealership to ask them about the code - they looked it up and said it was in regards to a recall for the Solenoid and to bring it in the next day for which we did. They told us that it looked like that part of the recall was never finished/completed when Landmark had it in the shop. The ordered the part and completed the recall - 3 weeks later my truck stared to have issues with shifting (I was having NO issues with my truck before expect the light) so I called they had us bring it back in as it could have been a bad part! The replaced the part and it still is throwing the same codes as they tell me. They then tell me that now I have to pay $7,000 to fix my truck, ugh!! I stated that I should not have to be paying for this to be fixed as I had the truck in the center back in 2019 and it was ALL to be fixed under Landmark! Also I was NOT having any issues with the truck until after the solenoid was replaced and now my truck wont shift? Called Corp. office they have an open case still waiting to here back and we also called the Manager at Max for which he was not aware anything was going on. He stated to my husband that he would be looking into this and call us back the next day before they closed, but still day 4 after speaking with him ... no phone call! I'm very upset at how no one is trying to help me with my truck and keep passing the buck off to someone else! My truck has been sitting in the service center for almost a month. One good note they did give me a loaner for which I have been able to get back an forth to work so far. The only person at Max service center that has been helpful and accommodating has been Crystal. I just want my truck fixed and it should NOT fall back on me as again it was suppose to be fix in the first place in 2019! More
