I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Max Motors after they had attempted to fix My vehicle a week earlier for and it was now doing the same thing it was doing the previous time I brought it in (air condi they had attempted to fix My vehicle a week earlier for and it was now doing the same thing it was doing the previous time I brought it in (air conditioner blowing hot air, first time allegedly fixed for around $375). This time the diagnosis was A/C condenser needed to be replaced for $1,580. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle after this repair was finished I was told it was "only $1,580" after I replied "oh is that all" her response was "we could have charged more". I did not appreciate the comment. I have been a frequent customer to this dealership (purchased a vehicle from them, warranty work, and preventative maintenance) and usually leave with a good feeling unfortunately that was not the case this time. My biggest issue is their lack of communication. It was in and they decided they needed to replace the radio and would call us when it was in so it could be replaced. We never received a call. When we called they transferred us to several people and no one seemed to understand what we were talking about nor did anyone seem to want to look into things. When I finally convinced them to look, they tried to schedule an appointment a week away which did not work since we were leaving town. Miraculously, they were able to get it in the next working day. Andrew was very helpful and kind. Crystal ignored me and did not seem to want even want to acknowledge my existence even though she walked by me several times. More
