I was happy with my service experience, I had no problems checking in and was able to wait until my vehicle was done. The Service Personnel were very helpful and professional, however, parts department or the supply chain left much to be desired. It took a good 2 weeks for the repair part to come in and during that time, I however, parts department or the supply chain left much to be desired. It took a good 2 weeks for the repair part to come in and during that time, I did not see my wife's passing because without a car, I could not be at her side. I do like the staff at Max Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Belton, but like I said, the repair parts on hand were defective and the resulting wait for the part delivery cannot be blamed on the staff. More
When buying vehicle it nice but after service was rough when I had to take in truck multiple times on fuel tank issues.
