I will never choose this dealership to buy a car or have it worked on! They tired charging for severices and parts that were not needed for my vehicle, Ontop of my parents buying a brand new truck and they it worked on! I purchased a vehicle October 2022 for my daughter and I have yet to receive my title. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on. Not once has someone reached out to me with an update. I am have yet to receive my title. I have called multiple times to find out what is going on. Not once has someone reached out to me with an update. I am very upset with the lack of customer service. I have had to contact an attorney to seek advice. My sales person is no longer working there, but if she was I am sure I would not be having this issue. I had to call to get plates as my 17 YO daughter was driving around on illegal plates. I also have received a letter from the State of MO stating that they are going to cancel all of my registrations if I do not pay my sales tax on a vehicle that Max Motors still owns. More
