Experience was great, until they actually had to hold up their end of the deal. Buyer beware. Salesman will make promises then blame management, blame service department and eventually tell you it’s your fa their end of the deal. Buyer beware. We are out a set of tires at this point because they will never actually order what was promised. Each manager will blame communication and promise to “make it right” but won’t actually do anything. You will call daily, weekly, until you realize they aren’t actually going to do anything. They come off as super nice and helpful. Beware it’s a facade. More

The car was priced better than any similar car in town or on-line, They gave me a great value for my trade in and found me a really low interest rate. There was one hiccup in the process..the salesman thought it had gone through all the service checks but it had not. Day 2 I went out to my new car and the battery was dead. I contacted my salesman Jasen and he came to my house ( 20 mile drive) and jumped the car and followed me back to the dealership where they completed the checks and put in a new battery. It would have been nice if the service had been done before hand but they went above and beyond to make it right. Thanks !!!!! More

I left a happy customer un On July 16, 2020 I purchased 2013 Chevy Avalanche Black Diamond Ed. from Arrotta’’s Mitsubishi @ 6623 Div St, Spokane WA. I left a happy customer until they held funds up on my previous loan on the vehicle I traded in. The loan was not paid off until 8/10/2020 after promises that it would be taken care of a week to 10 days before, AFTER I WAS REQUIRED TO CONTINUE PAYING FOR THE TRADE IN. 23 days later I was with bad rear shocks that would now cost me $1700, but I had repair insurance that cost me $3600. Oh but wait, the paperwork has not been completed, so I made 5 calls over the period of a day, with promises of an immediate call back, but never called. Finally I sent an Email that I would contact the Washington Attorney Generals office. Now all of a sudden everything was taken care of. No, I still haven’t gotten a word from Horizon CU on financing (23) days nor has registration in Montana taken care of yet. Before you deal with this company..BEWARE.. More
