It took 2 1/2 hours to have a maintenance visit. Ridiculous! My appointment was at 10:30 and left at 2. No one kept me updated. I had to inquire after 1 1/2 hours myself! More

The quality of work in the service dept has def gone down . They NEVER vacuum anymore even when they say they will. The washing of the car is just some water thrown on your car also. Mary was fantastic . More
