As usual, Maus Service came to my rescue when I needed it. I was coming home from my final overnight shift of the week and about to turn into my neighborhood, when my tire sensor light came on. I called t it. I was coming home from my final overnight shift of the week and about to turn into my neighborhood, when my tire sensor light came on. I called to see if they could squeeze me in that day (3/19/21) or the next day to check it out, and they scheduled me that morning. Unfortunately, I had run over a screw and punctured into the tire wall, so I had to replace it. They told me that the other 3 were about to need replacing as well and informed me of the tire special they had going (buy 3, get one for $1). Since I had nearly 50K miles on it at that point, I went with the deal. I now have 4 new tires and my gas mileage average has gone up by 0.2. They even washed and vacuumed it, as well as gave me a lift home so I could take care of some things while I waited for them to finish the work. Katrina and the rest of the crew are awesome!! More

This was our 2nd service appt. w/this vehicle and they did NOT vacuum the inside for the 2nd time. I specifically requested it to be vacuumed in the notes because they did not do it last time either. It is supposed to be standard as part of the service so I don't understand why it isn't being done. It was a very quick oil change and that was great but they have failed to complete what they call standard procedure. It was suggested the service manager had been replaced "so this visit should be better." Disappointed in the follow through. More
